Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Kyekyeku Network Operators Services (KNOS) (“KNOS”, “we”, “us”), including the customer portal, agent tools, guest ECG prepaid checkout, and related APIs operated for authorised users in Ghana.

By creating an account, signing in, or completing a guest purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who may use KNOS

• Customers and agents — after sign-up, any required registration fee, and administrator activation of trading access.
• Guest ECG buyers — may complete prepaid meter top-ups without an account when that surface is enabled.
• Office staff — provisioned by administrators under separate internal policies.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Services

KNOS enables authorised sales and fulfilment of digital products such as:

• Airtime and related mobile value
• Data and voice packages (where catalogued)
• ECG prepaid electricity top-up
• Wallet top-up and related account services
• Other telecom or utility products listed in the live catalog

Product availability, pricing, and fulfilment channel (API vs manual office placement) are set by operations and may change. Displayed catalog prices and wallet balances in the app are authoritative for your purchase at the time of confirmation, subject to provider acceptance.

3. Payments and wallet

• Signed-in purchases are typically paid from your KNOS wallet (funds held then settled when fulfilment completes).
• Guest ECG and some loads may use mobile money collection or other rails shown at checkout.
• Successful provider fulfilment debits the corresponding hold or confirms the external payment; failed fulfilment follows our Refunds & disputes policy.

4. Third-party providers

Fulfilment may involve licensed payment and telecom partners (for example Korba Xchange for ECG Direct, airtime top-up, and collections). Those partners process network or utility delivery under their rules. KNOS is not the electricity distributor or mobile network operator; token delivery and airtime posting depend on those systems being available.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or unauthorised access
• Attempt to bypass wallet, pricing, or permission controls
• Submit false meter, phone, or identity information
• Abuse APIs, scrape, or disrupt service availability
• Resell access in violation of applicable law or our activation rules

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy breaches, unpaid registration obligations, suspected fraud, or operational risk. Pending wallet holds and open purchases are handled according to transaction status and the refunds policy.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted provider networks, ECG token systems, or mobile money rails. Liability for digital value delivered is limited to correction, re-credit, or re-fulfilment as described in the refunds policy, to the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

For account or transaction issues, use in-app Support or contact your office administrator. Legal notices regarding these Terms may be directed through the same channels unless we publish a dedicated address.
